QuantAQ devices operate in most countries, though not everywhere. To check the operational status of a MODULAIR™ or MODULAIR™-PM sensor for a specific country, please visit the coverage map or reach out to sales.
No. All QuantAQ devices are designed to be internet connected (IoT) deviecs and require a QuantAQ Cloud subscription to function properly.
While operating offline is possible (data is recorded on an onboard µSD card), it is not recommended. If you need to operate in an offline state, please contact us before hand to discuss the best strategy.
For Pro plans, all technical and account support requests will be addressed within 2 business days (i.e., 2 day SLA). For Enterprise accounts, a dedicated support contact will be provided and all requests will be addressed as soon as possible.
An annual calibration is not required, but is offered as part of the Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. When returned, the device will be inspected, recalibrated, and a new calibration certificate will be generated.
