No. All QuantAQ devices are designed to be internet connected (IoT) deviecs and require a QuantAQ Cloud subscription to function properly.
No, QuantAQ devices are designed as Internet-connected devices and must have an active QuantAQ Cloud subscription and be deployed in an area with cellular connectivity in order to work properly.
For Pro plans, all technical and account support requests will be addressed within 2 business days (i.e., 2 day SLA). For Enterprise accounts, a dedicated support contact will be provided and all requests will be addressed as soon as possible.
An annual calibration is not required, but is offered as part of the Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. When returned, the device will be inspected, recalibrated, and a new calibration certificate will be generated.
